We have moved several times in the last 10 years, and before Pers I had used a company that was good 3 times and a disaster the fourth time.

We found Pers to be careful & efficient, and very good value for the price.
Their packing materials were good quality and the removal men were polite and hardworking.

Kaveh in particular was very professional, prompt to handle any queries and calm and in total control of the move itself.

We would use them again when we next move (hopefully not too soon).

I did use them last August, for a big job involving the removal, storage and delivery. I had quite a lot of expensive, fragile stuff as the houses are 4 floors.

Kaveh did a decent enough job! Nothing gone missing and everything was intact.

We used Pers for a move two weeks ago, and also one year ago for a smaller move. I wouldn’t have any reservations in recommending them. I looked around quite a bit before deciding to go with them this time as it was a much bigger move and we have a newborn so minimal stress was needed. I had two other companies come to our flat to give a quotation. Kaveh’s was the best, and given we already had some goods in storage with him and he was going to transport these as well as the contents of our flat t the new house as part of the process it made sense to use them again.

The only thing I would suggest is that you ensure that you have organised your goods well before the packing begins as they will move so fast that you won’t get the chance to request they do it in a particular way – for example, our second bedroom was used as a study and extra wardrobe space and shelving space – the contents of this we wanted to go into various different rooms at the other side but there was no way to make this happen, they’re like a team of locusts and before you know it everything is boxed and labelled with the room and content. Just makes things tricky on the other side when you’re unpacking.

I had no problem with the storage aspect, we had goods with Kaveh for a year and all were in good condition when they were unpacked two weeks ago – we paid by direct debit which was easy, and far less money than a big yellow or a safe store etc.

We used Pers Removals when we moved down to the South Coast from London some 15 months ago. We were transferring from a town house to a second floor flat, which I thought would be really daunting, but Kaveh and his team managed the move very efficiently. Everything was packed up for us at the London end and unpacked at this end - and nothing was broken or went missing.
The team were polite and charming throughout.

I I thoroughly recommend PERS Removals Ltd for many reasons. Their service was excellent from giving advice, loading boxes, moving on the day and collecting emptyboxes after the move. They even returned to our previouse address to collect a washing machine, three days after our move (it had got silted up and needed a plumber to release it)!

The staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful and very professional. We didnt have to lift a finger on the day and even managed to sit down in the garden with a cup of tea.

I would certainly use them again in the future.

Just like to say we had a great service from the team. Only my wife was around for both the packing and removal and the team were always ok when she changed her mind about things. Also, the new house was a bit of a campsite but the guys handled it all in good houmour. Would use you again.
